Uniifyy is an architecture and design studio based in Gurgaon, founded in 2021 by Ar. Ashish Batra and Ar. Kavita Batra. The studio designs residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces across India, guiding every project from concept to completion.

Every Uniifyy project is personally handled by Ar. Ashish Batra and Ar. Kavita Batra. From the first meeting to the final handover, clients work directly with the founders, ensuring clear communication and a seamless design journey.
